DIY Birdcage Veil

It's been awhile since I have posted any DIY directions or tips. Earlier this year I posted about how to make a traditional veil but birdcage veils are also very popular. One of my MOHs (yes I am having 2) is getting married in February and plans to wear one. Realizing how much they cost most likely we are going to attempt to make her's.
